Warranty

The warranty of the products sold by SpareWash Srl is 12 months for lack of conformity of the products, and is subject to the notification of this discrepancy within 8 days of its discovery. This discrepancy must be communicated in writing and must be documented by photo / video showing the invoice number.The warranty is void in case of installation carried out by unqualified personnel or in case of damage caused by incorrect use and assembly, as well as for lack of maintenance or unauthorized tampering.The costs of returning the goods under warranty may be charged to the customer.

Returns

The customer is required to carefully check the contents of the package and to communicate any complaints or irregularities in writing. Return requests must be approved in writing by SpareWash Srl.The return will take place in the manner established by SpareWash Srl, which may charge the costs related to the return to the customer. The package must be accompanied by a transport document certifying the reasons for the return. In the absence of this document, the return will not be recognized.
Upon receipt of the return and following the appropriate checks, SpareWash Srl will replace the item and / or refund the returned material in whole or in part, depending on the specific circumstances.
