Sales contract

These conditions of sale have as their object the sales contracts between SpareWash Srl and natural persons with VAT or legal numbers who purchase the products for purposes related to their business or professional activity (Customers) and are governed by the current legislation on e- B2B commerce.These general conditions of sale must be examined by the Customer before each purchase and are understood to be fully known and unconditionally accepted with the affixing by the Customer of the flag in the relevant field of acknowledgment and acceptance on the Site.The order requires the user to register on the website www.sparewash.comFor product identification, the 8-digit SKU product code will prevail. Any images or informative descriptions will not be valid for the definition of the article.The forwarding of the order requires the preparation of a quote by SpareWash Srl, which the Customer must then eventually confirm or modify. The order is completed with confirmation / payment by the customer, to be applied in the manner made available by the site or agreed with SpareWash Srl.Once the order has been confirmed, its cancellation must be authorized in writing by SpareWash Srl. This cancellation is not possible in the case of material purchased from SpareWash Srl at the explicit request of the customer.

Prices and payment

The prices indicated are in Euros. VAT and any packaging and transport costs are excluded, and will be calculated upon completion of the order.If the price is not indicated, this will be communicated to the Customer by SpareWash Srl upon request.The Customer is required to strictly follow the instructions relating to the order and payment process.SpareWash Srl may reserve the right to block deliveries due to irregular payments by the Customer, by notifying the Customer in writing. The order will then be processed once these irregularities have been resolved.
