Conditions of transport and shipment

Transport

The material is packaged by SpareWash Srl and transport, if charged on the invoice, is the responsibility of SpareWash Srl.

Shipment

Delivery times are indicative and not mandatory. Any delays in deliveries cannot give rise to a withdrawal from the purchase or to the request for any form of compensation.Delivery time:Products "available" 95% shipped in 24/48 hours
Products "not available" or "on arrival": the customer will be contacted to define delivery times.
If the Customer requests it, he can collect the material at the SpareWash Srl operational headquarters or organize the shipment at his own expense.

Cost: for each shipment an expense will be applied for the contribution to the recovery of the transport cost based on the final weight and size of the package

Urgent shipments: please make a specific request. SpareWash Srl will confirm whether or not the service is available at the selected destination and the relative cost.

Specific quotations for bulky packages or for remote locations.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Services used for Standard Shipping:

DPD (packages weighing less than 27.00 kg)
EUROEXPRESS (packages weighing more than 27 kg or pallets)
UPS STANDARD (only for packages weighing less than 70.00 kg)

Urgent shipments (please make a specific request to SpareWash Srl when ordering)

UPS EXPRESS SAVER (only for packages weighing less than 70.00 kg)

Transport cost: variable price based on the destination, the weight and size of the packages and the chosen service. The price will be calculated during the order by SpareWash Srl.
